was born in the beautiful region of Alsace, France on the border of Germany and Switzerland, known for their fine white wines. At the age of fourteen Chef started a four-year apprenticeship and worked his way up through many restaurants in France learning and improving his culinary skills. To expand his knowledge of international cuisine he worked in Germany and then twelve years in Switzerland where he became an Executive Chef in a five-star hotel. He took an opportunity to come to San Diego, California in 2003, where he worked in the culinary department for the opening of the second tower at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel in downtown San Diego. Then he moved to the popular fine dining restaurant, Bertrand at Mr. A’s as the Executive Sous Chef. Next, he took the challenge to be the Executive Chef at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe, California.
In 2008, he and his family decided to move to La Quinta where he had the opportunity to be the Executive Chef for a new restaurant in Old Town La Quinta. But his dream had always been to own and operate his own restaurant and La Brasserie Bistro & Bar was founded in 2011.
Chef Emmanuel and his wife Kara have been happily married for over a decade and are proud parents of three children; Vincent, Benjamin and Emma.
was born in the gastronomic city of Lyon. Raised in the traditional Lyonnaise cuisine, Chef Vincent learned basic cooking techniques at a young age.
Traveling a lot, Chef Vincent was able to enjoy different cuisines around the world and soon was able to use his french base to create flavorful dishes.
He moved to Los Angeles, California in 2002. Moving up the ranks in different French Bistros, he eventually became Chef de Cuisine in a Popular French restaurant in Hollywood, CA.
Chef Vincent decided to move his family, wife and two boys, to La Quinta, California as Chef de Cuisine at La Brasserie Bistro & Bar.
