“Thank you for a lovely dining experience. We’ve lived in the valley many years but had never been to your restaurant until last Sunday evening when we met friends there. We ordered very simply off the happy hour menu (which is admirably extensive) and each dish placed in front of us was an esthetic experience and each taste was noteworthy. It was a pleasure to taste food prepared so skillfully that it required your palate to stand up and pay attention.

At La Brasserie, our regular customers come back again and again for our Steamed Mussels Mariniere, Veal Loin “Wiener Schnitzel” and our Sautéed Calf Liver.
